Q. When can I pick up and drop off?

A. Pickup can be done all day Friday or Saturday morning. 

Drop offs can be done Sunday night and all day Monday.

Extra days may be added for an additional fee. 

Q. Where are you located?

A. Everett, near Silverlake.

Q. Can I come see the rentals before booking?

A. Yes, you can come see the rentals on Wednesdays. If that doesn’t work another day can be worked out.

Q. Can you do a mock setup?

A. Yes, we can do a small table setup for a $15 fee. If you book, this will go towards your rentals.

Q. Can you deliver?

A. We can deliver  within a 30mile radius of my location in Everett for $3.20/mile. Pickup is also $3.20/mile. Minimum delivery/pickup fee is $50 or $80 depending on amount of rentals. 

Q. When should I book my rentals?

A. You should reserve as early as possible. Rentals are reserved on a first come basis. Deposits are required to hold the date.

Q. Is there a minimum required to place an order?

A. Yes, I require a minimum of $35.

Q. Can you help plan my event?

A. At this time, I don't offer party planning services. However, Im happy to provide a suggestion or two, if you need guidance on which items pair best.  

Q. Do I need to wash table cover, napkins and dinnerware?

A. For your convenience, all cleaning fees are included in the rental prices. We kindly ask that food debris be scraped off plates and drinks be emptied before returning the items.   

Q. Can you help setup our event?

A. Yes, we are able to assist with setting up your event on Friday or Saturday. Please note that we currently do not offer delivery or setup services on Sunday mornings. 

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. Cancellation 7 days before pickup date will result in 25% of each item cancelled. 

Cancellation 4 days before pickup date will result in 50% of each item cancelled.

Cancellation day of pickup will result in 100% of each item cancelled.

Helpful Tips


Measure your vehicle for backdrops

If you're picking up a backdrop and other large rentals please measure your vehicle to make sure the backdrops will fit. All dimensions are listed in descriptions. 

Prep your vehicle before pickup

Please ensure your car is cleaned and the seats are folded down(if needed) before picking up rentals. This will help ensure a faster and smoother pickup and prevent any unnecessary delays. 

Backing up into the driveway also helps with an quicker and easier pcikup/drop off.

Plan accordingly

Please note that setup is not included in the delivery fee. Setup services are available for an additional charge and can be arranged upon request.
